48-Hour Forecast for Bryan/College Station

Dry Heat to Wrap up the Week

High clouds, low humidity, and afternoon highs in the 90s -- 90s that are a touch below the seasonal average. Overall, not a bad late August afternoon for the Brazos Valley Thursday. A similar day comes our way Friday, too.

We'll wake up in the 60s / low 70s under a mix of blue sky & high clouds. By the afternoon hours, daytime highs are expected to top off in the mid / upper 90s. Low humidity keeps the heat index down. Weekend brings southerly winds & muggy air back into the fold. We'll look for isolated, afternoon rain chances to return by Monday.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy. Low: 70. Wind: SE 5 mph.

Friday: Mainly sunny. High: 97. Wind: SSW 5-10 mph.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy. Low: 73. Wind: S 5-10 mph.

Saturday: Partly cloudy. High: 96. Wind: S 5-10 mph.
