Daily Chance for Scattered Rain / Isolated Thunderstorms

An active, spring pattern is up for the Brazos Valley, through the rest of the week. Two upper-level low pressure systems will swing towards Texas, bringing a daily chance of rain and a few rumbles of thunder to the area.

The first upper-level systems swings through tomorrow and Wednesday. While the entire area could see passing areas of rain -- some locally heavy -- the best chance will fall across the Eastern Brazos Valley. Wednesday brings another decent chance to find passing rain, with spot showers & thunderstorms possible Thursday & Friday. Our second upper-level system arrives by week's end, bringing the rain chance up again for the weekend.

Monday Night: Mostly cloudy. Low: 64. Wind: SE 5-10 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms. High: 81. Wind: SE 10-10 mph, with gusts upward of 25 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy with a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms. Low: 67. Wind: SSE 5-10 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with a 40% chance of rain and thunderstorms. High: 83. Wind: SSE 10-20 mph.
