Back home at Kyle Field this weekend, after starting SEC play up with a win up in Arlington. A cold front has moved through Aggieland -- meaning we are setting up for one gorgeous and truly fall-like weekend. Cool morning temperatures followed up by a comfortably warm afternoon will lead us into a mild night game against Mississippi State.
Midnight Yell: Clear skies, a calming wind, and a dry air mass in place -- we are headed for a cool Friday night. Midnight temperature is expected to fall to the mid 60s, alongside a light northeast wind at 5-10mph. Rain Chance: 0%
Tailgating: A cool start to the day, with sunrise temperatures in the mid 50s. Sunshine takes over with a few high clouds mixed in at times. Mid-60s by 10am, mid-70s by noon, and afternoon temperatures between 80° and 83°. Humidity will be low and winds remain light from the NNE at 5-10mph. Be sure to take the sunscreen -- an October sun can still turn you a bit crispy during the afternoon hours. Rain Chance: 0%
Kickoff:: A deck of high clouds arrives as we file into Kyle Field -- nothing but scenery as we head towards sunset at 7:09pm. Kick off temperatures are expected in the mild mid-70s. Winds light form the NE at 5-10. Rain Chance: 0%
4th Quarter: Mildly cool as we head into the last quarter. Temperatures are expected to fall to the mid 60s, alongside light northeast winds at 5-10. May be a bit of a breeze for folks on the 2nd and 3rd decks -- a light jacket may be needed for those that catch cool easily. Rain Chance: 0%
Enjoy the game and Gig 'em Aggies!
