Overall theme heading into game day -- generally an overcast sky. While we are expecting anything but a washout, can't rule out a bit of light rain at times...mainly Saturday evening. Those cloudy skies and a light east to northeast wind will keep cool temperatures on hand Saturday.
Midnight Yell: Partly to mostly cloudy skies are sliding overhead as we head to Kyle for a little Fightin' Texas Aggie Yell Practice. Temperatures are expected to be down around 50°, winds are light out of the east / northeast at 5-10mph.Rain Chance: 0%
Tailgating / Pre-Game: Overall cloudy conditions are expected through the day Saturday. That is going to make it tough to warm up through the afternoon. We'll start the morning in the mid to upper 40s, head into mid-morning in the mid-50s, and then reach afternoon highs (between 2pm and 3pm) in the mid-60s. Winds remain light from the east / northeast at 5-10mph. A few drops to a light rain can't be ruled out after 4pm. Rain Chance: < 20%
Kickoff:: Thicker clouds are on hand as we head into the evening hours. While the rain chance is low, a light rain / drizzle cannot be overlooked. May be a good idea to take the poncho to Kyle -- however, there is a chance you won't need it (better safe than sorry). Temperature is expected in the upper 50s by kick, winds are light out of the northeast. Rain Chance: 20%
4th Quarter: Cloudy skies stay with us through the evening, which will keep a slow cool-down in place. Slight chill is in the air as we head into the 4th quarter in the low / mid 50s. That on and off again light rain will still be possible. Winds remain light from the northeast around 5mph Rain Chance: 20%
