Heading into the weekend, parts of the United States is gearing up for a potential for severe weather. For the Brazos Valley, a few thunderstorms -- some strong to severe -- could pass through Sunday, April 27th.

While the overall threat / chance of showers and thunderstorms is on the low / moderate end -- 30% to 40% chance -- any storm that manages to build or move into the area has the potential to be rough.
