Louisiana fugitive arrested in Bryan

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Bryan police arrested a Louisiana fugitive charged with burglary and arson.
Kandace Francis, 28, from Bryan was arrested during a traffic stop on Tuesday, but will be transported back to Lousiana to face charges.
