It’ll be a chilly start to the weekend Saturday morning, with most of us looking to sit in the mid 30s and windchills in the upper 20s! We’ll start the day off with the cloud cover, but watch most of it gradually clear throughout the day with more sunshine in store by the afternoon. We’ll look to top off in the low-to-mid 50s Saturday, before a warming trend takes us into the back half of the weekend.

More sunshine is in store Sunday, warming afternoon highs into the mid 60s. As high pressure remains in control, we’ll hold onto a fairly quiet weather pattern into the beginning of the upcoming week, with daytime highs warming each afternoon. As a southeasterly breeze returns through the first half of the week, moisture will work its way into the Brazos Valley and bring back a few rain chances ahead of our next cold front midweek.

Saturday: Decreasing clouds throughout the day. High: 56. Wind: NW 5-10 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear. Low: 37. Wind: S 0-5 mph.

Sunday: Mostly sunny. High: 65. Wind: SW 5-15.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear. Low: 39. Wind: S 5-10 mph.
