After a beautiful first half of the weekend, Sunday starts chilly with morning lows in the 30s. More sunshine is in store throughout the day, which will allow afternoon highs to sit considerably warmer than Saturday (but still pleasant!), in the mid to upper 60s.

We’ll hold onto this fairly quiet weather pattern heading into the first full week of 2021. The sunshine will help temperatures warm a bit each afternoon, reaching near 70 degrees by Tuesday. As a southeasterly breeze returns through the first half of the week, we’ll watch an increase of moisture move back into the Brazos Valley which will help spark up a few showers and storms as our next front passes through midweek.

Sunday: Sunny. High: 67. Wind: SW 5-15, gusting 25 mph at times.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear. Low: 39. Wind: S 5-10 mph.

Monday: Mostly sunny. High: 68. Wind: W 5-10 mph.

Monday Night: Mostly clear. Low: 41. Wind: E 0-5 mph.
