Texas A&M used a turn around second half to beat Mississippi State 56-55
STARKVILLE, Mississippi (KBTX) - The Texas A&M men’s basketball team was able to put a 10 point first-half deficit behind them and rally to beat Mississippi State 56-55 Wednesday night at Humphrey Coliseum.
The Aggies got 24 bench points compared to Mississippi State’s 12. Jay Jay Chandler led Texas A&M in scoring with 12 points, while Andre Gordon added 11 and Emanuel Miller chipped in 10 helping Buzz Williams’ bunch snap a two-game losing streak.
The Aggies (7-4, 2-3) will return home to Reed Arena on Saturday for a noon contest against 17th ranked Missouri.
