WACO, Texas (KBTX) - Crews pulled a body out of the Brazos River Sunday after a truck plunged into the river near the Waco Drive Bridge in Waco.

Police and firefighters responded to the scene at North University Parks Drive and Waco Drive shortly before 11 a.m. Sunday.

Crews were able to pull the vehicle out of the river and found the body of a man inside.

The truck pulled out of the river appears to be a white, early 90s model Chevrolet Silverado.
