College Station man in custody for Indecency with a Child

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) -A College Station man was booked into the Brazos County Jail Tuesday on charges of Indecency with a Child by Contact and Exposure.

On October 4, 2022, officers responded to a report of indecency with a child.

During a forensic interview, officials spoke with the 15-year-old girl, and she shared several different accounts of Luis Gutierrez touching or speaking to her in a way that she said made her feel uncomfortable.

After the interview, the detective on the case learned that Gutierrez is a registered sex offender for a previous sexual assault of a child conviction with a 15-year-old female in 2009.

Gutierrez is being held on bonds totaling $300,000 in addition to a U.S. Immigration Hold.
