Franklin’s Washington named Big 12 newcomer of the week

Franklin graduate and Baylor running back, Bryson Washington, was tabbed as the Big 12’s newcomer of the week, the league announced Monday.
The Bear‘s redshirt freshman tallied two touchdowns in Baylor’s 59-35 win over Texas Tech.
Washington ran for 116 yards on ten carries in addition to three catches for 24 yards.
