Leon County Sheriff’s Office find wanted man dead

LEON COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - The Leon County Sheriff’s Office says it has found the suspect wanted in connection to a domestic violence shooting, dead.
They say the suspect, Jerred Wesley Reed was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The sheriff’s office says it responded to a domestic disturbance in the 20500 block of the I45 Feeder Rd. South in the Smith Crossing area of Leon County overnight Saturday. Authorities say he originally ran away on foot.
No other information is being released at this time.
