Treat of the Day: College Station Fire Department hosts junior firefighter camp

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - The College Station Fire Department has been hosting junior firefighter camp all week.

Kids have been learning about fire extinguishers, the fire triangle, and fire safety. They also watched firefighters demonstrate vehicle rescue techniques and even had the opportunity to get hands-on with some of the specialized tools used during rescue operations.

Sounds like they’re having a blast!
