A native of Westminster, Colorado, Alex began his television career in 2012 as an anchor and reporter in North Platte, Nebraska. After three years in the Cornhusker state, Alex became the weekend sports anchor and reporter in Fargo, North Dakota. There he was able to cover national championships from North Dakota State football and the University of North Dakota hockey team and tell the stories of student-athletes and coaches from a number of North Dakota and Minnesota towns.
In 2021, Alex and his now-fiancé moved to the Lone Star State where Alex took a behind-the-scenes producing job in Waco, but he couldn't stay away from being in front of the camera for long and joined the KBTX team as the weekend anchor in August of 2022.
In his spare time, Alex can be found out on the golf course or on the couch watching whatever sporting event happens to be on TV, especially if it's his beloved Colorado Avalanche.
Alex is excited to call the Brazos Valley home and is always looking for the next great story to tell.
