Brendan Brown is a multimedia journalist at KPLC in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Brendan is from Tallahassee, Florida, and graduated from Florida A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. While attending FAMU he was an associate producer for FAMU TV20 RattlerTake and was a Lead Sports Editor for the school newspaper The FAMUAN.
He has interned for WFSU Public Media as a radio personality in Tallahassee and WJXT News for Jax in Jacksonville, Florida with the sports department as a sports reporter. With a passion for sports, he likes to watch FAMU and FSU college football teams.
Brendan is excited to report and tell new stories in the Lake Charles community.
