As a Technical Support Advisor, you will provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by our customers and field service engineers. You will have the ability to remotely connect to our customer’s and field service engineer’s equipment to help you solve technical problems they may encounter. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to evaluate new and existing products to enhance their reliability and functionality. In doing that, you would help to create support documentation for any recommended changes. If you enjoy problem solving in a fast paced working environment, this position is for you!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Application server experience, a plus
• Associates degree, or military/civilian equivalent PC training, a plus
• Technical documentation skills, a plus
• Customer service or field service experience, a plus
