A&M policy expert on precedent, possible challenges to immigration rule

The Trump Administration is moving forward with a rule that could prevent legal immigrants from seeking citizenship or a green card if they have used any kind of public assistance.

The public assistance could include housing vouchers, food stamps, Medicaid and more.
