COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX) - Another boutique will be moving into Century Square in College Station. Grass Stains is co-owned and operated by a Texas A&M Alumni couple.

Midway companies announced Tuesday that the boutique will offer the Brazos Valley area new fashion brands from Australia, classic vintage lines like Lee Denim, as well as unique pieces from a line called Able out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Grass Stains will occupy 1,500 square feet located beneath Star Cinema Grill, neighboring one of the more recent additions to the center, Lululemon

Founded by Dawn Phillips in 2012 in Graham, Texas, the expansion of the business to Century Square was a simple decision. The retailer is co-owned and operated by Phillips’s twin sister Shawn Henderson and her husband who are both Texas A&M Alumni and have moved back to College Station to raise their family.

According to Henderson, “We’re so excited to be opening the second location in College Station and we’re really looking forward to being a part of the wonderful things happening at Century Square.”

Midway CEO Jonathan Brindsen says, “The tenant mix at Century Square continues to come together to thoughtfully include locally-owned and national brand offerings that pair well for an outstanding experience for residents in the Brazos Valley.”
