BCS Chamber gears up for 2018 Youth to Career Fair

BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX) - The Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce is helping students prepare for the next step with the 2018 Youth to Career Fair.

On Wednesday, Oct. 17, about 3,000 eighth graders will head to the Brazos County Expo to learn more about their career options after graduation. More than 70 booths will be set up to teach students about different career options and how to best prepare for them. The next day, the Chamber is holding Business After Hours at the Chrome Salon's Tower Point location. Business After Hours begins at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18 and is free to attend.

Finally, The BCS Chamber is inviting you to mark your calendars for the Annual Chamber Banquet on Monday, Nov. 5. It will be held at the Hilton College Station. The ceremony will honor the Chamber's Citizen of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and the Ambassador of the Year. Tickets can be purchased on the Chamber's website.
