BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX)- The Bryan man accused of fatally stabbing his brother-in-law last week turned himself into authorities this week, KBTX has confirmed.

Deryl Desaussure Jackson, Jr., 40, was booked into the Brazos County Detention Center at 11:34 p.m. Tuesday, according to jail records.
He's currently charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and bond is set at $100,000.
Bryan police say Jackson stabbed Jevell Kinney, 33, on the evening of Friday, July 5 in the 600 block of N. Baylor Avenue near W. 21st Street during an altercation involving family members.
Kinney passed away after he was rushed from the scene to a hospital.
Details of the altercation and a motive have not been publicly released at this time.
Online jail records show this is the 34th time Jackson has been booked into the Brazos County jail since 1996.
