BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX)- A Bryan woman is the third person to face charges for the June 5 murder of a Pasadena man at a San Marcos apartment complex.

Chelsy Mistretta, Jon Jervis and Lapear O'Neal Willrich

KBTX has learned Chelsy Alyce Mistretta, 21, was booked into the Brazos County jail on Tuesday after she was picked up by a Brazos County deputy serving an arrest warrant.

Online jail records show she's charged with Capital Murder by Terror Threat and her bond is set at $200,000.

San Marcos police say she was in the getaway car with suspects Lapear Willrich and Jon Jervis when they fled the scene the day of the homicide.

Willrich, 25, and Jervis, 23, are both from Giddings.

Bryan police found Jervis in June asleep inside the getaway car at a motel. Officers said he was in possession of meth and credit cards and IDs that did not belong to him.

All three are accused of playing a role in the shooting death of 23-year-old Demarcus Trey Allen of Pasadena, Texas. Allen's body was found inside a San Marcos apartment on Wednesday, June 5.

The San Marcos Police Department says the entire murder was recorded by a video camera mounted inside the apartment of the crime scene. They were also able to determine the vehicle used by the suspects by witness statements and another surveillance video.

Online records show Mistretta and Jervis are still booked in the Brazos County jail.

Willrich was arrested by San Marcos police in Giddings and was taken to the Hays County jail.

Police in San Marcos say a third person has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooing in San Marcos last month.

Lapear O'Neal Willrich, 25, and Jon Hunter Jervis, 23, are both charged with capital murder.

21-year-old Chelsy Alyce Mistretta is accused of being in the vehicle with Willrich and Jervis when they fled the scene the day of the murder.

She was arrested in Bryan, and is awaiting extradidtion to Hays County.

It happened Wednesday, June 5, at The Village on Telluride apartments in the 300 block of Telluride.

A resident of the complex had reported finding a loose dog and followed the dog to an apartment and observed that the door was kicked in. When officers arrived, they found 23-year-old Demarcus Trey Allen of Pasadena, Texas, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
