COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX) - A deputy with the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office made two drug-related arrests Thursday after administrators received a tip via the district’s Campus Crime Stopper P3 app.
The arrests were made at College Station High School.
According to police reports, an administrator at the school got an anonymous tip that a student was attempting to purchase THC oil from another student on campus.
The student’s backpack was searched and three vaping devices were found. The oil in one of the devices tested positive for THC.
A second student was confronted based on a tip from the P3 campus app, and the deputy found four packages of THC cartridge containers. One of the open containers tested positive for THC.
Both students were arrested and charged with possession.
