The accident happened just after 11:00 p.m. at the Premiere Cinema Bryan on Highway 6 near Boonville Road.

Nobody was seriously injured.

The driver told authorities that his gas pedal somehow got stuck under the floor mat moments before his Mustang jumped the curb and slammed into the front outside ticket counter.

There were no employees in the ticket booth when the accident happened.

"They haven't used the booth in almost a year, and they're actually scheduled for a remodel, so this may speed things up a little bit," said Bryan Fire Department Lt. Matt Ford.
