City of Bryan adjusts ordinance related to sex robots

The City of Bryan took a step Tuesday to make sure it would have the ability to regulate the use of sex robots, should that industry ever make its way to the area.

The clarification puts the definition of a sex robot into the city ordinance.

By doing that, any such business would be required to be located only in the area of the city that's zoned for adult-type businesses.

The move comes mostly as a precaution after someone tried to open a similar type of business in Houston.
