College Station police provide update on death investigation
College Station police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a man Tuesday morning at an apartment complex.
A spokesman for the police department said officers were first called to the complex at Texas Avenue and University Drive at 7:53 a.m. for a medical call.
Officers then discovered the person near a parking garage in the complex and said it appeared he may have fallen.
Property managers sent a note to all residents saying the death appears to the result of a suicide, but police have not confirmed that information.
The staff did say the person was not a resident of the complex.
