Highway 6 back open following crash in Robertson County

8:23 p.m. update - All lanes of the highway are back open.

Crews are working a major accident on Highway 6 near RV Source.

According to DPS Troopers on scene, the accident was between an 18-wheeler and a truck pulling a travel trailer. No injuries reported.

Texas Department of Transportation crews are helping with traffic. Right now, things are down to one lane. Traffic is slowing between Bryan and Hearne. Traffic is down to one lane in each director on Highway 6.

Crews are working to get the big rig off the highway. Troopers tell News 3 it could be a couple hours before traffic returns to normal.
