Indiana police get creative with emoji road signals

In trending news this morning, police in Indiana get creative with emoji road signs and a sport's anchor goes viral when he receives good news on air.

First up, the Danville Indiana Metropolitan Police Department is taking a different approach to curb speeding drivers. Tuesday, the department installed a "Digital Driver Feedback" speed sign along a stretch of a street which, officers say, is notorious for speeders.

The sign posts a driver's speed followed by emoji-like characters providing "feedback" with either a smiley face, or a frowning face. Police hope the new sign can grab drivers' attention and encourage them to do the right thing.

Also trending, an Oklahoma sports anchor bursts into tears when he finds out that his beloved Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl. Harold Kunz, a sports anchor at KOTV in Tulsa, had to run to the anchor desk 20 seconds before the Super Bowl ended. His reaction was caught on air as he saw the final score for the first time.
