We took a break from working out this week to talk about a little nutrition!
Personal Trainer Baykal Altiner says we've been conditioned that if we don't want to get fat then we have to cut fats out of our diet.
He says we're actually using the same word for two different things. There's fat on our body and fats in food.
There are good and bad fats in our nutrition, but the fat on our body can come from protein, carbs, or fats.
