Focus at Four: CSISD robotics team needs your help to attend national competition

COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX) - The College Station ISD robotics team is headed to a national competition for the first time ever--but only with your help.

The VEX Robotics Competition's U.S. Open is being held in April in Iowa, and this team of ten high school students has qualified to compete. The problem? It costs $4,000 for the whole crew to make the trip.

These students have been working since April to develop the robot moves, picks up, and stacks cones. (You can see the live demo from First News at Four in the video player above.)

If you'd like to help send this team to its first national competition, email the team coach Jill Conlin at OR click on the team's GoFundMe page in the Related Links.
