Focus at Four: President Trump taking healthcare matters into his own hands

President Donald Trump issued an executive order that he says will give "relief" to Americans plagued by high healthcare costs in the wake of the Obama-era Affordable Care Act.

Later that same day, the president tweeted that the United States would end subsidy payments to insurance companies that helped keep premiums low for lower-income Americans--a practice long criticized by Republicans.
