A former substitute teacher accused of having an improper relationship with a student in Caldwell was recently arrested in Bryan.

According to a police report, Jocelyn Rae Doyle was stopped for a traffic violation by Bryan police on April 28, 2017.

Police say Doyle lied to officers about her name, and tried to resist arrest when officers placed her in handcuffs.

After taking her into custody, police found her driver's license in the vehicle, and learned her real name.

That's when officers learned she had two warrants for her arrest out of Burleson County, including one related to a case involving an inappropriate relationship she's accused of having with a student.

In 2014 authorities say she had sexual contact with a 17-year-old off school grounds.
