Bryan man arrested after hitting three others while driving drunk

Bryan police arrested a man Saturday evening after they say he drunkenly hit three other men with his truck.
Officers said that Lorenzo Arellano, 26, was drunk behind the wheel when he struck three teens moving a disabled vehicle in the 4100 block of E. State Highway 21 between Highway 6 and Gooseneck Drive.
According to investigators, an 15 and 19-year-old were pushing the truck in the outside lane while a 18-year-old steered. Officers said that Arellano hit the them and the truck they were moving.
All three teens were taken to CHI St. Joseph Hospital. The 18 and 19-year-old had non life-threatening injuries. The 15-year-old has life threatening injuries and is listed in critical condition.
Highway 21 was shut down for a few hours while police investigated the accident. The roadway has since reopened.
Arellano was arrested and is being charged with two counts of intoxication assault.
Online records show Arellano has a history of alcohol-related crimes in Brazos County.
Last year he was arrested on a public intoxication charge by Bryan police. In 2013, he was arrested on a DWI charge by Brazos County Constable Precinct 4, and he was arrested on a DWI charge by Bryan police in 2011.
