An area of low pressure enters the Texas Panhandle Friday morning. Through the day, moisture will be building in modest supply here in the Brazos Valley while rain is expected across parts of North and West Texas.
By late Friday evening, rain is scheduled to arrive across the Western Brazos Valley. After several, flooding rain events, this next round is expected to pass with little fanfare. Total expected rainfall is 1/4" to 1/2" widespread throughout the area, with localized higher totals sub-1".
