FRANKLIN, Tex. (KBTX) - A Robertson County judge denied a bond reduction Wednesday for a Franklin man accused of murder.

Attorneys for William Rabe, 46, asked his $500,000 bond be reduced, and that request was denied.

According to the Robertson County Sheriff's Office, the victim is Terry Darnell, Jr., 35, from Franklin.

Investigators say Rabe shot and killed Darnell early Sunday morning after a party on private property owned by the owner of the Franklin Safari Park.
