If you're a fan of comfort food with a southwestern twist, you may want to check out The Crafty Pig, a new food truck in town.

They serve up favorites like biscuits and gravy, quesadillas and burgers. Their signature dish is the Texican Porkadilla, a quesadilla filled with oak smoked pork butt, grilled onion, cheese and BBQ sauce.

The owners, Brad Dees and Cody John, met while working together at a local restaurant and say they are thrilled to have their own project.

"We just want to make something and see that somebody is happy, or they say something and come back to the window like, 'Oh my gosh, that's amazing.' That keeps you going through the day," explained John.

If you want to grab a bite from The Crafty Pig, follow them on their social media pages to see where they will be next.

On Friday, September 21, The Crafty Pig will be set up at Blackwater Draw in Downtown Bryan.
