KBTX has confirmed all three hospitals in Brazos County are operating at full capacity due to a high number of patients with flu-like symptoms, but each hospital confirms patients are still be accepted at this time.
"We will continue to evaluate this on an hour-by-hour basis as things are constantly changing," said Baylor Scott & White Health President Jason Jennings.
"We will be having daily calls with the Regional Advisory Council," said Jennings.
KBTX also spoke with supervisors at CHI St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan and College Station Medical Center, and both confirm they are at capacity, but they are currently not a 'divert' status for incoming patients.
