Nutritious foods for your picky eaters

Parents sometimes struggle to find nutritious meal options that their young, picky eaters will still enjoy.

According to a recent survey by the Florida Department of Citrus, 55 percent of parents say that getting their children to eat a nutritious meal each day is difficult because they struggle to find the options. Thirty-seven percent say breakfast is the most challenging meal of the day to make nutritious.
