Porters steakhouse now open at Century Square in College Station

This week marks another restaurant opens at Century Square in College Station.

Porters is a steakhouse that serves up food with farm-to-table ingredients that has a southern, comfort food flair. The Executive Chef of Porters is Bill Greenwood and the General Manager is Chuck Criswell. The two men have worked together at other restaurants and are excited to serve up some of their favorite flavors.

"The food is hearty and rich and filling. It's the kind of stuff our moms used to cook for us when we were growing up. They just make you feel better," explained Criswell.

Menu items include fried quail, steaks, pork belly, burgers, and more. They also serve up craft cocktails and a variety of wines.

Porters is open daily starting at 5:00 p.m. for dinner. They plan to start serving lunch in early April.

Porters is located at 180 Century Court in College Station.
