COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX) - Former Texas A&M football player, Devonte "Speedy" Noil, was arrested Saturday on trespassing charges.
According to police, the 23-year-old was making offensive comments to staff while trying to order a drink at Bahama Bucks on Holleman Dr.
When he was asked to leave, Noil reportedly refused. That's when the business owner called police.
A Criminal Tresspass Warning was issued, but Noil again refused to leave. He began posturing up to the officers, and that's when he was arrested.
He's charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest.
Noil was arrested twice in 2016, while he was a player for the Aggies. That April he was charged for driving without a license, and the following December he was arrested on a marijuana possession charge.
