BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX) - Bryan police say a suspected dealer was found passed out at a local motel, possibly high on his own supply.

According to authorities, the staff at the motel on Highway 21 reported a car in the fire lane with Jon Jervis, 23, asleep inside Friday morning.

Officers found the car still running around 9:30 a.m. After a search, police found a bag with individual baggies of meth and unused hypodermic needles.

Jervis kept falling asleep while talking with officers and showed signs of recent drug use. They also found credit cards and ID's that belonged to other people.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of elderly credit card abuse and manufacture and delivery.
