Semi fire stops lunchtime traffic on Highway 6 in College Station

Firefighters have extinguished a semi fire in the northbound lanes of Highway 6 near the mall in College Station.
According to CSFD, the vehicle is on fire north of Harvey Road, and traffic is being diverted onto the feeder road.
Officials say the vehicle was a semi-truck hauling carbonated beverages and no injuries have been reported.
