BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX) - Mid-January is the perfect time to plant fruit trees. On Friday, Jayla Fry with the Texas AgriLife Extension Service appeared on Brazos Valley This Morning to discuss how to make sure yours grow!
Jayla says there are plenty of fruits that do well in our environment and soil. However, there are some that will only survive if they have a pollinator tree.
"If you haven't done that, give it a try," said Fry. "They are a little more intensive crop and they take time, it's gonna be a long term crop, but they are so worth it."
