Weekend Gardener - Mealybugs

By  |

BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX) This week on Weekend Gardener, we're talking about a pest that can infest your yard and indoor plants. Mealybugs tend to thrive on warm, indoor plants where they have few natural predators.

Mealybugs sort of look like small cotton pieces that congregate in the hard angles of plants. Friday on Brazos Valley This Morning, Jayla Fry discussed different ways to get rid of the pests.

One option is washing them off with water. If that doesn't work, you can use a solution of isopropyl alcohol.
