BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX) - Cold air continues to spill into the Brazos Valley in the wake of Thursday's cold front. Parts of the Brazos Valley wake to a light freeze.
Along with that cold air is very dry air drifting into the area from the north. What was once a very humid air mass sitting over the Brazos Valley is now turning into a bone dry one.
A fast moving disturbance will reach Texas overnight / into Friday. The question is, can it squeeze what little moisture is left in the atmosphere to produce a rain / sleet mix over part of the area Friday morning.
The short answer is: likely, no.
The long answer is: it is not totally off the table.
Find out why and what you need to know for Friday in the video above.
