Shiner Bock Five Onion Soup


1 bottle of Shiner Bock
1 tsp of Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp of Butter
6 Green Onions
2 Shallots
½ cup of Heavy whipping cream
½ Red Onion
1 Spanish yellow Onion
Tobacco Onion (Fried Thin Onion Ring)
1 quart of Beef Broth
Cracked Black Pepper
Chives for garnish


Slice all onions, met butter in pan. Caramelize all onions. Add black pepper, garlic. Add Shiner Bock to loosen the caramelization of the onion process. Add Beef Broth to pan. Add whipping cream. Season with Salt & Pepper. Fry Tobacco onion in Cajun seasoning & flour for garnish. Put goat cheese toast on top of soup in dish & top with fried onions & chives. Garnish with goat cheese toast and Tobacco onions (thin fried onion rings)
