Caprese Flat Bread


Grilled Bread Dough – (can be frozen until ready to use)
12 diced, chopped grape tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh basil
Arugula (tossed with olive oil & fresh lemon juice)
Olive oil
Fresh Mozzarella
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Cracked Black Pepper


Sprinkle grilled bread with olive oil. Add fresh mozzarella and grape tomatoes – drizzle with olive oil. Broil til cheese is melted. Sprinkle with fresh basil after broiling. Add arugula mixture, top with shaved parmesan cheese. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
