Chilled Melon Soup


  • 3 cups of diced melons

  • ¼ cup of sugar

  • 1 cup of Myers Dark Rum or Melon liqueur

  • ¼ cup of Heavy cream


1. Puree above ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate and serve very cold.

2. For a two toned melon soup, make one batch with Honey dew (using Melon liqueur) and the Cantaloupe (using the Rum).

3. Pour into bowl simultaneously.
