DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a mandolin, thinly slice each vegetable so that you have equal parts of each. Add garlic, salt & pepper and cream. Carefully mix with fingers so that all are coated with cream. Spray 9X9 pan with vegetable spray and layer vegetable mix in pan. Using fingertips, lightly press each layer down so that the layers lie flat. Pour over any cream left in bowl onto vegetable mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 – 45 minutes, until lightly browned and knife stuck in center goes through easily. Makes a great vegetable side dish.
