Polonnaise Sauce


1 stick (1/2 cup) whole butter
½ to ¾ cup fresh bread crumbs
½ tsp chopped garlic
1 chopped egg
½ lemon for juice
Salt & Pepper
Fresh chopped parsley


In medium sauté pan, to the melted butter add chopped garlic then add the bread crumbs. Bread will soak up butter. Add chopped egg, salt & pepper and squeeze the ½ lemon for the juice. Add fresh chopped parsley. Immediately pour mixture over steamed vegetables such as broccoli. Serve hot.
