Maryland Style Crab Cakes


1 lb Lump Crab Meat
1 Lemon Zest
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
1 tbsp diced shallots
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs
¼ cup bread crumbs
Chopped parsley


Stir / mix above ingredients breaking up crab meat a bit. Melt butter in sauté pan coating bottom of pan and add spoonfuls of crab meat mixture. Allow to brown on both sides. Serve hot.
