A&M Consolidated to battle Fort Bend Marshall in area round Friday

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -- The A&M Consolidated Tigers (10-1) will take on Fort Bend Marshall (11-0) Friday night at 7pm in the Class 5A Area Round of the UIL High School Football Playoffs at Tomball ISD Stadium.

The Tigers are coming off a 40-12 win over Whitehouse extending their winning streak to 7 in a row.

Fort Bend Marshall is unbeaten on the year and beat Santa Fe last week 53-15.

The two teams played in the 2nd round of the playoffs in 2016 with the Buffalos beating Consol 28-21.
